Ok, I went to CA last week and a few of us decided to eat at The Rainbow on Sunset. When we entered we were seated right away and the place was maybe halfway full. It took 20 minutes to get a waitress. We ordered cheese sticks, burgers & fries. 45 minutes after ordering we flagged down our waitress and she rudely told us they were busy and it would take some time. Meanwhile a couple came in after us and not only got their cheese sticks; but a pizza and sandwiches. An hour and 20 minutes still waiting after ordering we went to the manager who rudely told us that we were out of line, they are a known resturant and that they were busy. We pointed out that a couple that came in after us got all their food and were leaving and he waved us back to the table. We got our cheesesticks an HOUR & 1/2 after we ordered. We got up and left putting down enough to cover just the cheese sticks and drinks.
DO NOT EVER go there. They are so confident in their name alone they will treat you like shit and don't care how bad their service is. This is by far the worst place I have ever eaten as far as customer service and worse yet the cheese sticks were cold and not even that good.
