Ok, I have been dealing with www.kingofswords.com since January and it has been nothing but a pain. I ordered a set of them for my brother back in January and in March I canceled the order because I never received anything. After multiple emails and them not answering their phones, I was finally able to have them "send" me a refund. It's been almost 2 months and no refund yet and they do not respond to any of my emails. Do not do business with this company as they will rip you off.

Did you tell them that you will be seeking help from a consumer protection agency of the BBB? Sometimes it helps when you mention the BBB (but like I said only sometimes.....).

Looks like the company is in Marietta GA......I don't know whether it is a good idea to knock on their door or not.

Hope you can get your money back. Don't give up!

Well I've already filed a claim with the BBB and they weren't able to do anything. I've also been to the store and all they've done was say they will refund the money, although I haven't been back recently. I'm working with my bank now to get the money back...

Well, after many months of dealing with them I finally have my money back. All it took were many email and calls and stuff. Glad it's finally over.

Perhaps send an email to Clark Howard? And also put negative reviews on Kudzu.com and any other products review website.

It's one thing when there's a filing at the overworked BBB, but when it's on a webpage then when people search for the company then the negative reviews will also come up in the search and perhaps they'll read them before they go to the website.
