I wanted to start this forum because I feel like we are a big family here and I always want to help out my family. I would like to try to keep the post here simple and from actual experiences you have had. If you have had a horrible experience some where please let us know what store, and what area you were in since it may have only been that store and not the whole chain. Who knows maybe we can help each other from having to go through bad customer service, over priced items, faulty electronics, etc.
