An Alex Cross mystery with the reappearance of Kyle Craig, who escapes from prison. I felt that this one spend too much time on Alex lusting for Bree, seemed like Alex was a hot and horny 18-year-old, instead of a top detective. But Patterson did a good job getting inside the mind of a killer---very scary, at times.
