If you havent seen the show on Comedy Central-you are missing a treat and the DVD conveys that. It is a show that is now crossing all kinds of lines (racial,ethic,etc) in its fan base-and the DVD will only help that. The only bad thing is--all the musical guests have been deleted (probably due to costs)-but that is a minor complaint. This DVD has sold basically by WORD OF MOUTH-because other than a couple of Comedy Central commercials -THERE HAS BEEN NO ADVERTISING FOR IT. I can't wait for Season 2 to come to DVD. (now if only we can get MAD TV on DVD...)

I actually bought this the week it came out and I stick to my statement that there was not a lot of publicity when it was coming out--and before it gets into 'well you must be in the boonies', I had spoken to friends in DC and NY and they found out when I told them about it coming out.

and MADTV still a funny show...LOL
