Thanks for adding this sub-forum Peter!

The DVD I wanted to suggest to everyone is In America ( http://www2.foxsearchlight.com/inamerica/ ). It is currently one of the DVDs available in the contest section. Even though it was nominated for 3 Academy Awards, I don't think this movie got the press it deserved. It was a really touching story and had great actors to carry it off. The oldest daughter who narrates the film really did a great job. There aren't too many kids that could pull that off (except maybe Dakota Fanning). This is a movie you have to actually pay attention to, but it is well worth it.

Yes I have to agree-I was fortunate enough to have seen this in the theater and this is a great little movie. Whether you buy or even just rent it-it is well worth it.

This movie is so good. It will make you cry. Not me, I'm manly and stuff. That was just some dirt. I get allergies some times.

Awesome acting and awesome story. Basically, it's about this Irish family trying to make it in America after losing one member in Ireland. Very touching.
