so, I didn't see a thread for this.. but my xbox has been freezing up lately and it is cooled just fine.. not cramped into a space...

i checked online and checked the date and time and all this stuff.. well I called up microsoft support and do you know that these guys are sending me a ups box to send it back to them in and they are mailing me out a brand new one just like that...?!!

they said the total times should not be 12 days with me getting the box, sending back to them and them sending me a new one..

now that is the simplest procedure I have ever been through... I was totally surprised and thought they deserved some props.. because in this day and age it seems customer service is dead.. but this was very impressive..

So here is the cool thing... I sent it in to Microsoft and they turned around and had it back to me within 5 days. They simply sent me a whole new machine!

AWESOME service I believe. Painless...quick.. easy.

Are the freeze ups because of an error in the date it was created or what?

If you see red lights around the power button, you should call customer service and have them send a box so they can fix it at no cost or replace it.

Is This With All Xbox 360? Is There A Recall? Please Let Me Know. My Son Wants One, If There Are Problems That's Too Much Money To Be Spending For A Problem. Let Me Know What To Look For. I Was Planning On Getting One This Weekend.
