ok, as promised, I will seek out answers to every rumour spread and asked in this forum, so on with the question of whether or not Vice President Dick Cheney is actually alive or a composite created by Pixar.
I emailed the Vice President last night asking to clear up the rumour (no joking, I actually did). Here is what came out it:
Dear concerned citizen,
Thank your for your question to Vice President Richard Cheney. He appreciates your responce and will try his best to respond to each and every email received. Unfortunately, because of the volume of emails received, he may not be able to get to yours individually. Rest assured that he is taking your concerns to heart.

I have an absurd question. I work at a website, Shakefire.com. I run the part ofthe message boards that clears up rumours, etc. And, this one is a doozy.
"I heard Dick Cheney is dead, and has been for some time. That is why they delayed the final Star Wars, because George Lucas is too busy doing his CGI thing for the White House. If he can do it for Jabba the Hutt, he can do it for Cheney the Dick. Have you noticed Cheney has been out of the news for a while. Who's next in line after Cheney? What's the need for this cover-up? I can't remember if I heard that rumor somewhere, or just made it up myself, but I like it."
can you clear this up for us? Thanks!

hmm, several things here. obviously an automated response, but they say that he will "take your concerns to heart." and, as we all know, animated characters do not have hearts. But, then again, he did not actually respond and may never respond and they cover it up creatively by saying that he "may get back to us." sounds fishy to me. but, my conclusion is that Richard Cheney is in fact alive, he just doesn't do dick. (get it)
