BOISE, Idaho -- Folks in Boise Friday will get to see a little public love-making.

PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, will be staging its "Live Make-Out Tour" on a downtown sidewalk in the Idaho city. PETA said it wants to prove vegetarians make better lovers.

City officials said they won't bother the barely-dressed couple as they make-out on a bed. Just as long as they don't go too far.

A city spokesman said political demonstrations are given a little more leeway when it comes to indecency laws. The spokesman said the vegetarians are free to make-out, as long as they don't block the sidewalk or create a public nuisance.

I think PETA needs to go to a therapist. Where the hell do they come up with this stupid crap?! Next thing you know they will have Tom Green out on the streets having people smell dog poo that comes from dogs on vegetarian diets. Call me a freak vegetarian, but I eat my veggies and tofu and don't bother anyone else about what they are eating.

Get a load of this bologna from peta.org:

Why do vegetarians have it all over meat-eaters in the bedroom? For one thing, vegetarians are, on average, more fit and trim and have more energy and stamina than people who stuff themselves with fat-laden meat, dairy products, and eggs. And vegetarians don’t have to rely on chemical potions like Viagra to be up for any task (the cholesterol in meat and other animal products causes hardening of the arteries, slowing the flow of blood to all the body’s vital organs, not just the heart). And speaking of heart, there’s nothing sexy about someone who turns a blind eye to the daily suffering of the billions of animals who are raised and killed for food each year.

"What could be more of a turn-on than snuggling up to someone who’s both passionate and compassionate?" asks PETA Director of Vegan Campaigns Bruce Friedrich. "Try a veggie burger in the kitchen for a whopper in the bedroom!"

Is this a joke? What are these people thinking? I think whoever came up with this idea might have been smoking their vegetation instead of eating it!
