This a movie base on its main character Perel Lee..and through a 100 year history of the chinese crime family the 14K..The 14K repesents its 14 branches all around th world, even though with its main headquarter in hong kong...the movie would start in New York in the late 70s with the birth and rise of Angelo Perel Lee...Base on actual facts with fiction...Its how one man becomes the youngest dragon head in the history of chinese organize crime..with the help of his italian mentor Masa Lorentay...who in which gave up everthing and sleeps in the alley of new york city as a punishment to himself after the death of his entire family during the turf war in the year 1961...
