Love it. Vegeta is one of the best characters in anime IMO.

Yes. Dragonball Z was the greatest ever. I loved the action and the music was amazing. The Cell Saga was the best storyline out of them all.

I think that the Buu Saga could have been the best had Buu not been such a badly designed character. I liked it because you get the Vegeta-Goku fight, Goten & Trunks show off their talents, and the form of Super Saiyan level 3 makes an appearence. Too bad Cell wasn't the villian in this saga then it would have been perfect for me.

I think this show is one of the key animes that brought about Anime's popularity stateside in the 90s-

On that note, i'm a HUGE fan of the original Dragon Ball series where Goku was a child~

I agree! Dragon Ball Z was my favorite Anime series. Piccolo is my favorite character. I used to think if I train enough I can produce Genki Dama. :)

Akira Toriyama is a genius. His earlier work, Dr. Slump, is not an action pack like DBZ, but still it got funny characters and plots.

At first I really didn't get into it. I saw it briefly when it was on a local station channel 69 awhile back. I actually watched the series when it was on Midnight Run and I was hooked. The Buu Saga is the best and my favorite charatcter is Trunks. Funny, my mother loves the series.

That was like my least favorite character, even though he was Gohan is disguise. He was just so lame.

Plus he was made out to be this huge super power, but he always lost. Except when he fought Cell.

Gohan just pissed me off. There was all this mention of hidden power, great expectation, and then it built to pretty much nothing. The only thing that bothered me more is the fact that they always had to use the damn spirit bomb. How weak is that, you are talking about people that can go Super Sayian up to levels 4 and fuse yet it takes a damn spirit bomb to kill it. I wanted to see them just beat the crap out of something. Just a cheap move.

I don't recall Gohan ever using the Spirit Bomb. I know Goku used it to kill Buu and many others. I though Gohan was awesome in the Cell Saga especially when he first showed his power.

I agree for certain words. I did not like it when Genki Dama was renamed to the Spirit Bomb. Having said that, I thought many English voice actors of FUNimation did good job.
