HOW TO ENTER: To
enter, visit aleve.com between April 28, 2008 and June 30, 2008
. Follow the directions to register online. Upon completing the
online registration, you will be provided with a unique X-digit
code and an 800 number. Call the 800 number while still online
to record your jingle. Follow the voice prompt instructions,
enter the unique code and record your jingle about how Aleve
helps you move. The jingle should not be more than 18 seconds
long. Please note – you will need to be on the phone and
internet simultaneously. Sponsor is not responsible for entries
that are disconnected, misdirected, incomplete, or inaudible, or
that contain unintelligible information provided by entrants, or
for otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late,
incorrectly or are lost due to telephone or computer system
equipment failure. If, at any time during the performance,
Sponsor deems an entrant's performance as inappropriate, the
entrant will be disqualified.
