'New Life' Wins Big at London’s 2017 Romford Film Festival

New Life won big at London's 2017 Romford Film Festival, taking home the awards for "Best Film," "Best Director" for Drew Waters, and "Best Lead Actor" for Jonathan Patrick Moore as Benjamin Morton.

“We are so honored by the recent wins we've had at film festivals,” said director Drew Waters, now two time Best Director winner for "New Life". "We had a great team that helped create this film and to see all the hard work recognized is a tremendous gift.”

New Life being recognized in this way is such an honor,” said writer and film star Erin Bethea. "We share this with all of the talented people who helped make the film possible. And we hope that this will continue to spread the message about the powerful impact of this story.”

New Life is the directorial debut for Drew Waters and tells the story of Benjamin Morton (Jonathan Patrick Moore) and Ava (Erin Bethea), who meet as children. What began as a childhood friendship grows into a meaningful relationship as the two plan out their lives together. When life takes a turn neither of them expected, their entire future is called into question, and they must decide what it really means to make the most of life.

The film also stars James Marsters, Terry O'Quinn, and Bill Cobbs. It is now available on DVD and on Digital and VOD.
