>> TNT renews 'Dark Blue' for second season

TNT has decided to reup "Dark Blue" for another season.

Jerry Bruckheimer-produced skein about a Los Angeles Police Dept. undercover team had been on the ratings bubble, but cabler has ordered an additional 10 episodes that will likely air in the summer. First season, also 10 episodes, ran from July through September.

Season premiere garnered a solid 3.5 million viewers but numbers slowly eroded after that. The finale only drew 1.6 million, a season low.

TNT reports that the entire cast, led by Dylan McDermott, will return.

Show, from Warner Horizon Television, is exec produced by Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, Danny Cannon, Doug Jung and Rick Eid.
