Billy Bob Thornton portrays a raging alcoholic who works as a mall Santa. However working as Santa is just a ploy for his real job, robbing the malls blind. This year though some new problems arise. The mall security is getting close to his secret forcing Santa to hide out at a Santa obsessed little boy’s house. If you think this means he will realize his evil ways and help the little boy you don’t quite understand Bad Santa.

This is definitely not a Christmas movie for kids or adults that get offended easily. If you have a twisted sense of humor though, this movie will have you rolling with laughter. Highly vulgar language, constant flow of alcohol, and sex scenes I felt mentally scarred from this movie. I’m still trying to figure out how the child actor isn’t scarred as well. But it was a refreshing change from all the heartfelt drama Christmas movies.
