Dreams of Gold

 I loved this album.  Not my base genre of Hip-Hop/R&B but I loved it the same.  Databoy’s "Dreams of Gold" is fresh and contemporary.  From the first song I listened to, which happened to be "Lotion", I was intrigued.  There was this youngness that made me want to hang with Databoy.  I mean, these are guys I want to party with. 

Databoy is a musical duo that seems to have no limitations mentally.  The lyrics are definitely clever, which I appreciate because intelligence in music is almost gone.  The lyrics to “Lotion” are great.  Databoy presents this swag while trying to get the girl that already has a man.  The lyrics tell us that Databoy slides right in on another man’s chick by offering to rub lotion on her thighs!  Whoa! 

I’m expecting to hear so much more from them.
