NICE GUY

Kurt Russell took a pay cut so the 800-1000 extras used as the fans at the hockey game had a full hot meal instead of a brown-bag lunch.

There have been a slew of true sports movies, especially by Disney.  I have always said that it seems impossible to make a bad one and, that still stands.  Miracle tells the story of what is arguable the greatest upset in sports history.  But, although not bad, it is probably one of the more boring movies in thelot.

QUALITY:
Great.  The picture is crystal clear while the sound is completely lossless.

BONUS FEATURES:
Commentary, Making-Of, Outtakes, featurettes, interviews.

The bonus features are not very entertaining, save for about half of the outtakes and there is nothing new here not seen on the DVD.  The picture and sound quality are remarkable.  If you like the movie, definietely pick this one up.  If you haven't seen it and are expecting another amazing sports movie, I recommend catching it on TV or renting it before investing in the blu-ray.
