Sean McNamara and Christian Troy have had their fair share of ups and downs at their plastic surgery offices but it all pales in comparison to this last and final season of Nip/Tuck. We'll see more disturbing patients and more chaotic scenarios that have absolutely nothing to do with plastic surgery. It's all in a days work for these two doctors.

The sixth season features many of the same characters we've come to know over the last few years. Of course we're all familiar with Sean and Christian along with the rest of the surgery team. There's also their son Matt who gets into a heap of trouble this season and even lands himself in jail. Let's not forget the multiple sexual relationships Christian has, specifically with Kimber. Even after beating cancer, as we saw last season, he really hasn't changed a bit.

Each episode has a new and interesting patient to get to know and as the season goes on, they just get weirder and weirder. It's never just a simple face lift or breast augmentation for these guys. No, it's something more along the lines of getting a sex change...twice! It never ceases to amaze me the crazy stories the show comes up with. As crazy as they are, they're still interesting.

Nip/Tuck isn't for the squeamish as there is plenty of cutting and slicing of flesh, bone, and whatever else is found in the human body. They aren't afraid to show it too.

As far as series finales go, Nip/Tuck's wasn't that great but it was satisfying. By now, you should know if you're a fan of the show or not. There's only one bonus feature to the DVD collection that goes behind the scenes of the show so if you're looking for a lot of extras, look somewhere else. It could have definitely used some more of them but I think fans will  be pleased with the end product.
