The Dating Guy

The Dating Guy is a Canadian cartoon that originally aired in the United States back in 2009. The show itself is watchable though just barely. The show only lasted 2 seasons and after watching season 1 it's easy to see why.

The Dating Guy follows 4 friends basically all trying to get laid. There’s Mark the main character in most of the episodes that lives with his 2 roommates VJ and Woody. VJ is a perverted roommate that doesn’t pay rent, has a pet raccoon, and has yet to lose his virginity. Woody, meanwhile, is the head bartender where a lot of the show takes place and a “player”. Lastly there’s Sam, a female friend that lives in the same building as the other three. That’s about it in terms of story line. Each episode is very random and is full of perverted jokes. If you’re looking for a show to watch with your kids this would not be it.

The only reason I didn’t give this an F is because it did give me a few laughs and was watchable if there’s nothing else on.
