COINCIDENCE?

In the last movie with Jon Heder and Efren Ramirez (Napoleon Dynamite (2004)), the song "The Promise" was featured prominently. That song was performed by the band "When in Rome."

There have been a lot of romantic comedies coming out on blu-ray to choose from (She's Out of My League, Valentine's Day, etc) so why should you choose 'When In Rome'?

QUALITY:
Good.  The picture is clear and the sound is good.

BONUS FEATURES:
Alternate opening and ending, bloopers, deleted scenes, music videos, featurettes.

The bonus features are kind of boring.  The bloopers are mainly "funny faces" and the stars laughing AFTER something funny happens, which they generally don't show.  The movie itself is ok.  It's a little too slapstick at times while the movie attempts to be a traditional romantic comedy at other times.  Josh Duhamel and Kristen Bell are both very charming in their roles.  Danny DeVito and Dax Shepherd are good as 2 of the 4 suitors that find their way to Kirsten Bell's character as a result of a "magic fountain" in Rome that Bell takes coins from.  Jon Heder and Will Arnett are a little over the top and, though having some funny parts, kind of take you out of the movie at times.  As for choosing this one over the other romantic comedies, I would say no, but if you are struggling for something to put on your Netflix queue, I'd say go for it.
