![]() Artist: Bullet For My Valentine Album: Scream Aim Fire Genre: Rock Label: Jive Tracks: 11 Release Date: January 28, 2008 Discs: 1 Rating: () Grade: A I’ve learned something new today. I’ve learned that electric guitars are freaking amazing. From the first song to the last one, the guitar rifts are some of the best I have heard. I was enthralled by the entire album. The music was excellent. The electric guitars kept everything going strong and the drums kept a good rhythm as well. As for the vocals, they were about average; a little high on the screaming as loud as you can side. I’ve found no point to screaming inaudible words at the top of your lungs. It does absolutely nothing for the music. Anyway, what makes this a good album is how strong it is. Bullet For My Valentine knows how to keep things interesting. Everything is fast paced with one or two slower songs in the middle to keep things from getting too chaotic. Granted some of the songs did sound a little repetitive but I was enjoying them so much it didn’t really bother me. Overall, I am very pleased with Scream Aim Fire. It definitely wakes you up and gets the blood pumping. |
