RATING: 1.70 (out of 4.00)

The first thing I noticed about his style is how depressing it was. He sings about evil and broken hearts along with other rather sad subjects. There was a bit of a transition towards the end of the album to a more light hearted and warm subject matter but it doesn’t leave you with any good feelings when it’s through. The music itself was ok. It consisted of very basic melodies mainly through guitars and there seemed to be quite a lot of repetition. It was the perfect companion to the sad lyrics but it didn’t quite cut it for entertainment in general. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this album at all. While there were a small amount of plus’s, all the negatives appear to overshadow them, making for a not so entertaining album.
