Ghosts, vampires, aliens, werewolves, and zombies are all just in a days work for Carl. This leads him to hidden lairs and dark alleys in search for anything supernatural. Throughout the 20 episodes you will also have guests like Jamie Farr, Dick Van Patten, Sharon Farrell, Scatman Crothers, and more.

While fans of this cult favorite will be glad that it is finally released on DVD they will be less pleased with the quality. The DVD’s are double sided which is always a pain and there are no bonus features. But the worst is the quality of footage. Most of this show takes place in the dark or low lighting settings; but the quality makes it almost impossible to see anything. As you can guess this really takes away from the show. Fans can only hope that there will be another release in the future where they take the time to adjust the lighting.
