Where to start? First off, this film takes all the sappy stereotypes of teen girls and lumps it into one giant mess. Staring Ashley Tisdale, Picture This tells the tale of a teen who is trying to have the night of her life with the boy she is madly in love with. Trouble is she is grounded and must find a way to escape the clutches of her overprotective father and go to the most amazing party ever. Basically, the entire film is a bunch of girls running around trying to make this one night happen. Of course things are going to go wrong and other girls with do everything they can to sabotage the night but who cares, she’s going to end up at the party anyway, right? Of course she is.

This is the film you love to hate. Everything about it screams mediocre. Also, why the need to have everything pink? The clothes, the cell phones, even random lighting effects were shades of pink. None of the characters had any depth either. It was the group of girl girls and then the group of bad girls with the teen hunk in the middle, whose only job is to look pretty. And the whole cell phone thing was so tacky. Everything revolved around it and the film suffered deeply.

The special features weren’t great either. There are some “making of” features and a trivia quiz but not much else. Overall, this movie is a complete waste of time and money. Avoid it at all costs as it will only infuriate you and all around.
