They generally had a couple of bands I already knew I liked on there and then a few that I didn’t know but ended up liking. Of course there were the few bands I didn’t care for and just skip those tracks. So with all that setup you can guess that I was excited about reviewing this (I even managed to hide it from Johnny). But this was one of the biggest disappointments in awhile.

There are some great bands on it like Bad Religion, The Bouncing Souls, Rancid, and Pennywise. But that is not enough to save this album. Neither is the DVD that has 21 videos on it. Why you may ask. Well because at least half of the music is not PUNK. I don’t have a problem with other styles of music; but if you are going to throw rap, emo, and other styles on a compilation don’t call it PUNK-o-rama, make it a label compilation. So with my slight ranting out of the way you may want to pick this up if you enjoy ALL of Epitaph’s bands; but if you are looking for a good punk cd this is not it.
