RATING: 1.39 (out of 4.00)

There you will meet Eubie the perkiest Elf you have ever seen and when he finds out that the children of Bluesville are on the naughty list he goes out to change their ways. This means breaking the rules and testing even his positive outlook; but he will not give up until it is done.

This film is not the greatest CGI which won’t bother really young children; but older fans are certainly going to notice the lack of talent there. The story is told by Harry Connick, Jr. and features his music; while his fans will really appreciate this a younger crowd may find it boring. The story isn’t too bad; but as Eubie keeps going to Bluesville to help the children and then getting removed time and time again many will find this tiresome. I lost interest in it half way through and didn’t have that much interest in it in the first place since it is the basic run of the mill kid’s movie. The bonuses include the making of, 3 games, storyboard, Eubie’s holiday treat, a coloring book, and printable Christmas cards.
