Nine friends take off for a birthday weekend. They have found the perfect place, an old Scottish mansion. And just in case they are not secluded enough a snowstorm comes along.

‘Cabin Fever’ is horrifically violent and gory. It is cheesy, poorly acted and is disturbingly corny. To sum it all up, this movie is great.

After all the hype and spectacle over this movie, I was expecting a revamped Night of the Living Dead made suitably not cheesy for today’s generation.

Don’t let this movie fool you, it is NOT a horror movie in any way.  This is a thriller with a dash of camp thrown in for good measure in the vein of Hitchcock.
