Shame

“Shame” follows the life of Brandon Sullivan (Michael Fassbender), who is a successful New Yorker with a good job, a nice condo, and he appears to be a normal guy on the outside, but he is obsessed with sex. His sexual appetite has no boundaries and includes everything from sexual escapades with hookers to watching porn at work to masturbating in public restrooms. Brandon seems to have everything under control, but everything is disrupted once his needy and free-spirited younger sister, Sissy (Carey Mulligan), begs him to allow her to move in. After reappearing back in his life, Brandon loses his privacy and his sanity because he can’t follow his hormone maintaining routines. Like every other obsession that is not fulfilled, he craves sex even more and will do anything and everything to satisfy that perceived need.
