Aria opens this album with some interesting cultural trance. Her voice is very soothing but somewhat cyclical. She has some romantic and dramatic sounds to create a soft musical atmosphere. Yet, if she wants to reach out to the female consumers, the lyrics could use some work.
Aria also has a surprise on her CD when she adds a little rap to the mix. The last track, Ariella featuring Subterranean, is actually a great mix of rap and melodramatic vocals by Aria. I suggest buying the single if it exists, as the rest of the album is mediocre at best. Although this album is performed well, it needs a little kick and originality to meet today's interests.
