Chinesepod's Carlie discusses the meaning of the name 'Huawei' in light of the recent national security concerns of the Whitehouse
Remember the days when "American Idol" contestants were cute and cuddly? The days of nude photos and alleged affairs are not over!
Corey Clark, the contestant who claims that he had an affair with judge Paula Abdul, was arrested yesterday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The bushy haired singer was sitting in a car with some friends and the neighbors called the cops, reporting a suspicious vehicle. When the cops came to investigate they found him in the car, but surprise, he had outstanding warrant out for his arrest.
The warrant was from last year on misdemeanor charges of violating a restraining order, trespassing, felony charges for aggravated harassment and failure to comply with court orders. Supposedly, Clark was trespassing on his father-in-law's property. Because his estranged wife had a restraining order against him, he spent 55 hours in the big house for that and was charged with contempt of court. Then he did what any red-blooded idolized American would do, skip town and not face his consequences. Clark is now in Pulaski County jail with a bond set for $25,000 and awaiting a court appearance.
