Sure, there's plenty of action.  Sure, there are some decent, if not has-been and almost-been, actors here.  But, is all that enough to save an indie thriller, a genre notorious for sucking?

QUALITY:
Good.  With the whole Payback meets Bourne Identity graininess on purpose footage, it gets hard to tell at times but it is, all in all, a decent transfer.

BONUS FEATURES:
None.

No commentary?  No deleted scenes?  No special features?  Ehh, I don't really care but some might, and, with heavy hitters like Ving Rhames and Ed Burns and the legendary Martin Sheen, you would think they'd take advantage of that and get some behind-the-scenes footage, but no.  Regardless, the footage is decent and the movie is only iffy at best.  So, I would recommend getting this one on DVD first or, if you feeling like waiting a week or two, wait until it's on TBS.
