Lost

The fun of season 5 continues with episode 3. It turns out; there is a much bigger danger on the island than the mysterious people after who’s left of the survivors, one that could have some rather explosive results. Locke is still in search of answers of how to save the island. In the tradition of Lost, he ends up with more questions than answers.

Off the island, Desmond tries to help Faraday and the rest of the group, despite not knowing exactly what he is supposed to do. And his relationship with Penny? Let’s just say that they are no longer the cute couple of the show anymore, although that may be short lived. We learn some rather interesting facts about our friend, Charles Widmore, and his search for Ben and the island.

Surprisingly, Jack, Kate, and the rest of the Oceanic Six do not make an appearance in this episode. The focus appears to be more on what’s occurring on the island in the present, past, or future? We’ll find out. This season has been off to a great start and things just keep getting better. Lost continues to shock its audience with plot twists and revelations. Things are definitely starting to heat up and it’s only been three episodes.
