LIES

In order to pull off a missing arm, Clifton Collins Jr. actually cut off his own arm. This is, of course, a lie because I have nothing to put here.

Sunshine Cleaning is a quirky comedy that tries a little bit too hard.  It's not a complete failure by any means as it has more bright spots than dirty.  I tried my hardest just then to make some kind of "cleaning" pun but I just couldn't really do it.

QUALITY:
Ok.  Being an "indie" movie is not longer a viable excuse to not have great quality so, sorry Sunshine Cleaning, you don't get off on that.

BONUS FEATURES:
A look into the business and commentary.

The bonus features, namely the "A Fresh Look at a Dirty Business" is actually annoying as hell.  For some reason, they decided to get two "professionals" to pretty much pick apart the movie and point out everything wrong with it and talk it down about as far as you can.  The movie itself is ok.  It's certainly watchable but I wouldn't go out of my way to see it.  It ends with little closure and there aren't quite enough comedic moments mixed into the mundane to fully save it.
