When Cone Trooper Tup suffers from a neurological disorder, he ends up killing a Jedi Master but does it without control of himself. Not wanting to believe the reasoning being told to him, Clone Trooper Fives goes on his own investigation that leads him into some shocking discoveries that reveals a hidden plot using the Clone Troopers. Even Amidala finds herself in some trouble when Rush Clovis uses his past connection with her to get some help. Distrusting Clovis' motives, Anakin tries to uncover what plans Rush Clovis has but in doing so Anakin creates problems between him and Amadala.
